Workable just published its second edition of the New World of Work – the last one was in 2020 just as COVID hit us. We wanted to look at what’s changed, what’s stayed the same, and ultimately, what’s evolved in this new workplace.
Here are a couple of awesome findings that I dug up from it:
- The rise of hybrid is very real. The percentage of businesses in partial remote working environments has nearly doubled since 2020 (59.2% now, 32.3% two years ago).
- Hiring teams are really tapped out nowadays. Reduced in-house capacity to recruit is much more of a challenge now in hiring (27.5%) than in 2020 (14.9%).
What’s jumped out at you in this report? And what’s your own take on these findings? Let’s hear it!
